Jens,

The switch face and buttons look almost identical to the ones in my Dad's 1951 Cadillac Fleetwood.  Check that out as a source (GM products).

you can usually fix them , pry back “ dents” on back just enough and  carefully  ; ok if one breaks  off . You epoxy back on and bend back any good dents   into place 

 

usually the small springs pushing contacts are rusty- so  ,clean and oil . If not free , the switch has looseness and mechanical issues.   

Sometimes one contact ( driver front ) is burned , swap for  a rear one . Then make something  of small circle of copper and clean it /  solder to fix the burned one put it the rarely used back position

Used ones will have same issue in general . I did this  on many 57-58 and 60 , but never 55-56 , but they look the same  Rain came  in,  it rusted the little coil springs.

Bob Merritt had found a repro Chevy one (~59?) very similar , I bought a few , I think can be  fitted with some work but look slightly different  . If I can fix mopar I go that way .
