{Chrysler 300} Event plates

Every year, the Illinois Secretary of State has a car show in September in the state capital of Springfield. As part of the show, the tradition is to pay tribute to a specific make or model of vehicle. This year, the featured vehicle is the Chrysler 300 Letter Series. As such, there is a scramble to get choice plate numbers. As fate would have it, I was able to request and receive the pictured plate, of course featuring the 1955 C300. Not only was I lucky enough to receive the 59300 plate for my E, but coincidentally the plate this year is in red, as is my E.
