It can be done. You have to take a set of OEM rims, remove
the centers, re-true them, and weld a set of 15 rims on them.
It is expensive, since you have to kill a good set of OEM wheels.
Stockton wheel does it all the time.

I haven't tried that,but I believe I measured the diameter of the center
section and found the diameters different.If it's possible,I'd certainly
like to see how.
