As Jimmy said,you'll have to have them made.You need to look for wheel 
PN 92516(15x5.5"),if you want the large dog dish caps to fit.The wheels 
were generally found on pre-67 1/2 ton trucks and some C body 
wagons.From there have the centers cut out and installed on a new rim 
shell with your back spacing specs.
