I have a pair of the older style 15x6's,I think on my Dodge while it's in the body. They'll be coming off when I put the Torque Thrust D's on. Email me offline. I'll double check when I see my car Friday.

As Jimmy said,you'll have to have them made.You need to look for wheel 
PN 92516(15x5.5"),if you want the large dog dish caps to fit.The wheels 
were generally found on pre-67 1/2 ton trucks and some C body 
wagons.From there have the centers cut out and installed on a new rim 
shell with your back spacing specs.
