I think Paul meant to send this mail only to me, but the topic is of
interest to all here, so I'll reply to all.

I saw your message the other day but, like a lot of guys, was too far
behind the curve to answer then. Sometimes it takes time to get a reply
to a Clubhouse mail.

"Who builds AWB cars?" is the main question, it seems.

Several people have built home made AWB cars. One member in Oregon is
apparently up to that right now.

Phil Munoa built one for himself in CA.

Richard Lefebvre has built numerous AWB vehicles. I've not seen any in
person, but pictures I've seen look real good. Anyone seen one of Rich's
cars in person?

Mosher's Musclecar Motors in CA could likely build a good one. phone #
is 626.303.2427

Anyone know other places that build Mopar AWB cars? Can't remember a
reference for an Elyria Oh builder.

Also, anyone, is there a compromise building a AWB car for the street?
The original purpose was for drag racing advantage. How would such a
modified suspension handle the road?

Sometimes a AWB car shows up for sale on the '62 to '65 swap meet page
or ebay.

Paul, let us know what you find out please.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
