the 50/50 stands for:

the force to extend them / the force to compress them

important info when you are trying to get your mopar to hook up at the track...

So I'm looking for a shock with air/oil 50/50 mixture? Is that the
best? The only shocks I've ever dealt with are for long-travel 4wd
applications, so this is kind of a foreign realm for me.

Thanks in advance for the education

Menko,
The KYB rear shocks from Mancini were $36.96 ea. vs. $38.95 for the
Mopar shocks. I had air shocks on my car before, which wouldn't be the
thing for your ride...Brian

Brian what did you have on there previously? I'm in need of new
shocks as I'm doing my front end work. I'll have to come clean and
admit that my car has the original shocks on it still, so I'm assuming
almost ANYTHING will be an improvement.

The Edelbrock shocks sound outstanding, but at more than 2x the price
of the KYB, I'm not sure my little daily driver 225 Lancer really
needs that kind of performance.

I've only put about 10 miles on the car cruising around town
yesterday... Brian
