Welcome back Brian! 

Maybe you should call TTI & tell them what happened. At a minimum they 
should know about it, and maybe they have heard from others about this 
situation and have some suggestions. I bet they would like to know in 
any case. A reputable company like TTI does not willingly sell a product 
that won't perform as advertised.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
