is there a justification for frame ties, i know a frame builder that
says they are a must, but with 540 horse, i haven't seen the need.
i have a friend with a 550 horse 69 gtx which also does not have ties.
his lifts the wheels and runs low 11's, mine just launches smooth and
runs low 11's
with that said, what are the connectors going to gain.
just curious,

Ok...I know I should know but, where do you get frame connectors for a '65
Satelite? A friend of mine is building a '65 Satelite for another guy and now
that it is sporting a 500+ cubic inch Max Wedge it is gonna need some
reinforcement. Any help would be great! I feel bad that I didn't know right off
the top of my head but heck I have the best source for locating early B body
parts right here!
