Jim,
You may have a piece of Mopar History there.
Bill Shirley did campaign a 65 Belvedere. I do have a photo and some
history. It was a Belvedere I sedan. It was originally set up as a A-990
S/S car, but converted to a 2% A/FX car. The car was sponsored by
University Plymouth in Detroit. NHRA car # 313 this car won the '65
Detroit Nationals Top Stock and overall Stock Eliminator. Mechanic on
the car was J. McAugury.
I know that the four factory 2% cars were all 65 Belvedere II hardtops.
This is a starting point, which car do you have.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
