When I worked at a restoration shop, we had a wheel rotating machine. Worked quite nicely to ensure a steering wheel or even a regular wheel got even coats of primer, paint, or whatever.

How do you paint a steering wheel? Spray paint? Should I scuff the


thing up a bit to get the paint to stick?

There has been a recent thread about painting the steering wheel with two
part epoxy paint, for best results. I would suggest you get some help on
this, to get it right.
