hi,
does anyone know? im sure many here do.
running a 63 sport fury original 383 , 4speed.
the trans and motor in the car when i got it are 70/71 vintage. 833trans/440hp.

a new trans mount is needed at the crossmember. would the past owner have had to change the trans crossmember to use the newer 4speed? or would the newer 4 speed bolt right up to the older trans crossmember?
therebye all using the same rubberized trans mount?

any hints would be greatly appreciated.
