Probably worth it as long as it's a 64 or 65 and NOT a C body.The hood 
and deck lid are bolt ons,so no problem there.Cowl is a little more 
involved but I have a complete rust-free section from a 65 which is the 
same as a 64.Floor pans are no big deal(a couple of vendors stock them) 
as long as the rust didn't go up the hump or,especially,into the 
rockers.

I call it a parts car when the rockers are compromised.AFAIC,the key to 
getting your money back out of the car is QUALITY resto work.NO 
cheap,half-assed lap joints! Butt-welded repairs only.
