Rob,

I am pretty sure what most folks are complaining about is obvious
overcharges for shipping simple items. Pretty easy to tell when one is
getting ripped off when the pint size envelope shows up with $1.67
worth of postage and the seller wants a flat rate or $10.00. My view
is, you want to be a wanne-be retail mogul from your basement via ebay,
factor in your total cost of business and include it in your reserve
price, or take a loss if you don't feel like doing that, and stop
transfering the risk back to the buyer by stepping on the shipping
charges in a slimy way.
