Hey allen, congrats on the great score. Your lighting problems are almost certainly quite minor and typical of cars that have sat for a while, especially in a damp climate.

Yes it is possible, but not likely that all the bulbs may be bad. You'll need to pull 'em to correct what I suspect is the real problem anyway, so ya might as well just replace 'em and keep those that turn out to be good gor spares. Bulbs are cheap! What is most probably wrong with at least some of the lights is that the sockets are corroded. Pull the bulb and spray a little WD-40 into the socket. Insert the bulb and work it in and out of the socket a few times. Also, the fuse box probably neds the same kind of attention. Pull each fuse, spritz a little WD-40 on the connectors, and work the fuses in and out of the holders, and twist 'em a little. Then check and see that the holders are snug. Might have to squeeze 'em a bit with your needlenose pliers.
Some folks have cleaned the holders with sandpaper, but that is really harsh treatment. MAYBE some very fine grade wet or dry paper, like 400 or 600 grit will remove any crud and not take off too much metal. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES use any steel or metal "wool" on any electrical parts!!! That is a sure way to create shorts, and they may not show up right away but show up later and REALLY mess ya up.

BRIEF RECAP:

WD-40, work the bulbs and fuses in and out of the sockets, be sure the fuseholders are snug, and it certainly wouldn't hurt to replace all the bulbs and fuses anyway.

let us know how it works!
