well, in the spring I'm planning on doing a couple projects in advanced metals/welding class in our brand new shop at the school. I know we DEFINITELY have the facilities for these but first of all, I plan to make my own custom low profile 7 qt oil pan to specifically fit our 62-65 b-bodies, or at least 64. I planned to incorporate the hemi pickup, and anything else you guys think would be best to incorporate. If this goes well through testing and everything on my 383, perhaps I will make a few of them and sell them in a home made kit with all the parts and seals. Any suggestions here? For the most part I'm doing it to learn and get some experience.
Also, I wanted to try my hand at custom made headers, besides fitting each and every piece with the car on site, what might be involved in this? And am I getting in over my head??Get more from the Web. FREE MSN Explorer download : http://explorer.msn.com
