Street rod guys want the center dump manifolds as they work the best for 
street rods, in terms of clearance.

(just FYI)

Also, bb trucks used center dump exhaust. Some on both sides some only 
on the left side. When building a bb truck you need a left center dump 
exhaust, you can get by with a right side rear dump.
