If you can swing it, run the 67-69 K frame in the early B car and you
will be able to run the later headers. (engine moved back)

I have a 67 K frame in my 65, and I bought a set of hooker comp.
headers, (NEW units, $50.00 at a swap meet)I will post when I have the
complete mock up done and supply pics to anyone interested.

$700 is a joke for headers, I absolutely agree. I didnt pay $700 for my
car, engine and trans combined. No one else makes them (so we are led to
believe)so they will ask that high $ price and get it.

When i step up to the bigger engine, I will run hooker super comps. they
may be pricey, but they are worth the extra $ for the extra power.
Besides, I am sure to find a set of super comps at a swap meet or ebay
cheaper than list.

Doc.
