Jack,

I have a friend with a 62 Dart and it looks like the maximum size rear 
tire is a 255 with the springs in the stock location.A 4"-4.25" 
backspace on a 7" custom built steelie is what he runs.Check the bs on 
the TTs before you buy.4" should be fine.
