The square pcs. are available. Try Year One. If your are going to remove the hinges, make note as to there postion at attachment and also what way they criss cross. ie. Right over left or left over right Pics always woks best.

i have a question about trunk hinges.
  while i have my trunk lid off i was wondering if theres any kind of
  freshening up i should do for the hinges. are the funny squarish
  plastic bushings available  any where? Any thing else in a trunk hinge
  to worrry about other than grease?
  She definitely groans when u lift the trunk lid.
