2C: Low mileage does not always indicate low restoration costs. 

As the buyer, it all depends on how much you thiink it is worth, and 
that depends on a lot of variables, like how soon you want to get behind 
the wheel as opposed to the joy of redoing a car to your specs; how 
handy you are vs. paying $omeone to do repairs, etc. etc.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
