RE: Restoration Batteries



A couple of thoughts on Restoration Batteries:

1.  My 1964 Plymouth owner's manual has an engine bay picture, and the 
factory-original battery in that picture is very clearly marked 
"AUTOLITE".

2.  Why not save money and go to your local Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer 
and buy a battery from them?  Sure, it won't look original, but it will 
say "MOPAR" on it (I would assume.)

I understand some guys want the old style battery for that old look.  
I'm just thinking out loud, is all.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
