66 Question plz help !

Guys,

I know that we really focus on the 62-65 cars here on
the forum and I do have a membership with the 66-67
Charger forum, but I really value your input and have
learned much from the guys on the forum for my 65 500
Coronet that I just beginning to work on (little Brown
nosing here) .

What I have question on are for the 66 Charger that I
now have a 413 Wedge engine in it as well as beefed up
727 Tyranny with stall converter in it.

Questions are:

1. The rear is the 8 3/4 but I am looking to modify ,
this the guy I am working with has advised me to beef
it up to run on the 5 freeway in So-Cal

2. I have the old school brake and really feel I need
to do at least a front brake conversation (please give
advise on which is best at a mid range price).

3. The suspension and the steer look stock, I am not
looking to have it morph in to a "G" machine. But do
feel that I should beef up the suspension (FYI the
leaf springs look good).

Any tips or opinions I would greatly appreciate it.

I know this is 65 and later but all Mopar love is
Mopar love.

Help a Sailor out : )
