I think you better scoop this one up. If the price is right.
I had a 360 in my 1984 Dodge truck.
I got that truck sooo hot one time, that I didn't know it would ever be 
right again.It got so hot, that it wouldn't run .
I ended burning up exhaust valves and seats, but I never cracked the heads.
I had Mobil 1 in the motor, along with lots of water.
It did stink when I finally drove it home the following day.
I think I ended up putting 80,000 more miles on the truck. after 
rebuilding the heads, and changing the timing set.
With good oil in their belly, it will take a beating.
I'd suggest you pull the heads before puting you money down.
It'll probably be a good core, but not a run like new motor.
