I was looking at the carbs and discovered an easy and permanent mod to 
those dubious internal secondary butterflies. I had drilled the weights 
per Eddy and as Jeff, I think, mentioned I was looking on how to 
temporarily block them open. Well the drilled holes are sticking 
straight up and right against the side of the carb body. So I figure 
I'll just tap the hole and run a screw in there  to hold them open when 
and if I want to run it with the butterflies open. Otherwise just remove 
the screws. Cool :-)
