Holley intake

Re the Holley Street Dominator intake.
I got a chassis dyno sheet from Gemany on the lemans engine with the Holley Dominator intake. Actually I got 11 sheets of Dyno info.
Engine had good torque even down low which single planes are not known for. It was quite remarkable. On the in car video on the web in the first race in France he pulled from about 2500 to 6000 in high gear (no downshift on the four speed. He got caught in a sticky situation and had no time.) Even though it was my motor I was quite surprised that it had that much low end torque from such a moderate sized engine in a relatively big car (72 Charger) with a high speed road racing gearing. I knew the manifold was a good one but that still surprised me.
Top end power was approx 500HP at the flywheel working backwards from the chassis dyno figures. . (Not less than 485 and not more than 510 ) It has a hydraulic cam (my private grind)

Torque /HP curve was relatively flat for about 2500 rpm range in the RPM range. (3800 to 6250). car is dricven n the streets during tuning sessions and for promotions. it is a 020 400 , stock stroke. A 383 would perfom similar. It runs on 95 octane european hi test pump gas. and is 9.6 to 1 compression. Crank is BTW a reworked (Cleaned up deburred hard chromed stock storke 383 crank. )
