Re: what would be the best cam

I just spoke to racer Brown today and they helped me with a cam for my
almost done 440. I called Comp Cams earlier and the guy was so rude i
just hung up.
But Racer Brown was quite impressive, the guy on the phone ( his
name was Jim) was patient , professional , personal and explained
everything to me slowly.
I am probably going to go with a street strip hydraulic from racer
brown.. very reasonable at 215 dollars with lifters and lube. it has
480 lift and around 270 degrees duration. Not too wild but he said it
will have a little crunch to it.
I don't know, call me old-fashioned but i like to give my money to
people that are nice to me.
My motor sounds similar to yours, .030 over forged TRWs and about a
9.8 to 1 compression with the 906 heads.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
