Jack,I use the Eastwood factory gray, High Temp Coating. It works great on the manifolds. Used it on my 62 maxi and my 64. Just brush it on(I use a foam brush), then install the manifolds, put two coats if you want looks better. Stays on and have had no problems with it.

hi all
i have put the motor some what together.short block is together, new oil pump, oil pan is on.the max wedge heads are on. 727 transmission has been rebuilt ready to go on as well getting ready to put the 3000 stall convertor and one of the holes is stripped out that (one of the four mounts that bolt to the fly wheel flang or what ever it is called((((((((any one have any fixes for that.))))))))).every thing that i can think is painted and ready to go on.max wedge intake is ready for the carbs.the fellow that is rebuilding them for me said they would be ready in 2 weeks.cam is a p-4120231.484 lift 284-284 duration with 9.5to1 pistons.440 bored .030 over.63 dodge polara 500 h.t. ready to get the engine compartment ready to paint and drop it all in.then i will get the body ready for paint. im ordering max wedge manifolds from mancini racing but they do not have them in the gray color.(((((((((what color is it called and is it the same color as the steering box as i would want to paint it as well.
