RE: making heat shields




I just finished making one for my fuel pump. It's really easy to do with 
some .019" sheetmetal I got at Home Depot. I almost think you could cut 
it out with some macho scissors but I used my left hand cutting tin 
snips. You can cut out what you think you need on the big side and then 
skinny it down for a final fit. I gotta think the more that is protected 
from the heat the better.
