Battery Relocation Question

I am in the process of relocating the battery in my 63 Sport Fury to the 
trunk. 

The trunk floor where I am planning on putting the battery is not level. 
 

The question is if the battery rack justs gets bolted down where it goes 
or should the rack be shimmed to make it level?
