Re: Battery Relocation Question

what is the purpose of the relocation,,,,,,,are you doing some sort of
clone or? I started out with the battery in the trunk of my max wedge car,
and was having starting problems even with #2 welding cable with a 1000cca
battery ended up moving to under the hood, and it cranks just fine with
cheap #4 battery cables, give it some thought before you cause yourself a
problem jm2cw

I am in the process of relocating the battery in my 63 Sport Fury to the
trunk.

The trunk floor where I am planning on putting the battery is not level.

The question is if the battery rack justs gets bolted down where it goes
or should the rack be shimmed to make it level?

Thanks
