The only bushing I was able to find on a 3sp column shift lever was PN 1676200.
There are a number of dealers that still have that part.
Valley Vintage lists it for $2.

Chrysler used to sell a 3-on-the-tree busing repair kit through the dealer parts department, at least they did for trucks. Have you looked into that possibility?
