Re: rear quarter window

This is the right rear quarter window for a 2 dr hdtp. Yes the internals were stuck and binding even after a big dose of spray lube. I think it is bent and I also think the window is for a 66-67. With the window seated all the way up in the top channel the front edge angle does not match the back edge of the door glass.................MO sw iowa ----- Original Message ----- From: <roger@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Sounds to me the pivot track dropped or something or the window is wrong. You sure all the interanls are there and didn't drop down in the door?

On a 64 Dodge 440 -2 dr hdtp.(or Polara) On the reat side window--is there a
differwence between it and the later( like 66-67)with the different roof
line? My Dodge at one time had that window broke out and I can't get the
replacement window that came with the car to line up right with the angle of
the rear edge of the front window.. I had problems with getting the roll
up-down mechanism to work and wondering if something is not right there..
I'm thinking there is a difference in the glass it'self and that I have a
later year glass...........................MO..sw iowa
