RE: Torsion bar cushions??

MO,
	'65 C-Bodies and '67-73 (and probably 74-75) Imperials had a torsion
bar crossmember anchor isolator (2071 514-5). These were on the
transmission crossmember where the rear torsion bar anchor mounted to the
frame... that it??

Subject: Torsion bar cushions??

On another forum there was a discussion about early Mopar torsion bars.
Evidently they have a rubber cushion down inside the TB hex of the lower
control arm . I guess between the front end of the TB and the back end of
the control arm bushing shaft.??? I never saw anything like that when I dis
assembled my 64 dodge--Is there supposed to be a cushion there
?..........................MO
