Thanks but I already talked to one. I also recently broke an old Matco
ratchet and called my old Matco man. He said they don't make a kit for
the impact anymore and that it was now basically a paper weight. I'll
probably end up buying a new more powerful gun, but I was hoping I
could rebuild it and maybe keep it as a spare.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.  I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address.
