Late model Hemi

Hey all, 

Has anyone done or considered placing a late model Hemi (5.7 or 6.1) in their cars?  I have one in my 08 Ram and it is a pretty bitchen motor.  I am guessing it would be a pretty difficult conversion.  Any info?
