RE: Parts

I've had good luck with Napa in finding a lot of parts for my Belvedere. I did get burned one time when they had to order something and they nailed me for shipping. It was just the one time - all the other times there have been no fees when they ordered and it arrives the next day. I guess it had to do with the distance it came from - not their more local distribution network or something. The thing that irritated me is they didn't tell me up front about the shipping charge. I decided to take it like a man and not make it an issue because they've been very helpful otherwise and I wanted to keep a good relationship with them. But now I always ask them if there's any shipping charges when they have to order something for me.
