Ya, total scammer. The double spaces all over the place is the biggest
sign for me, it seems they just copy and paste the same message and it
chops it all up.

On the subject of shipping out of the country, I won't even ship small
parts out of the US, not to mention a whole car. I agree with Jim,
cash is king!

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
