I tried test fitting a pair on a 413 when I put my '64 together.
There's a bunch of pictures at the bottom here:

The short story is that the driver's side barely clears and the
passenger side would need a bit of the fender and shock tower cut out
and reinforced.  A B-block would have even more trouble, since the
mounting face for the intake is even closer to the other fender.

Here, in the first engine compartment picture, you can see under the
carb that the inner fender has been cut.
