no 1966 was the first model year that you could get one the build date on my 66 fury's 440 motor is june 25th 1965, 1967 was the first year of the 375 hp 440 as in 66 they were rated at 350 horse in dodge and chrysler and the plymouth version was rated at 365 horsepower due to the dual snorkle breather and the dual exhaust now i am not sure if you could order a b body with the 440 in 66 but you could in 67
