Funny you should pose this question, yesterday I took my license plate lamp lenses from paint oversprayed to clear with wet sanding followed by two step Novus plastic polishing. They turned out quite nice. It takes some elbow grease. I believe the only way to separate the cluster is to drill/ grind off the melted pegs and glue back together. Good luck!
