Your assessment that it is typical to have rust in cowls of these Mopars is spot on. Last I looked, there were only patch panels available for the driver's side. (FWIW, I'm told the wiper hole on these patches is not exactly correct, but I can't verify that.) I'd say go for it if you can market them at a price that folks can afford and you can get the roi you seek. :) I'd say call up Joe Suchy and get his opinion about the market for 1964 Plymouth and Dodge cowl panels. Also maybe call Jim Kramer, if you can get a hold of him. Let us know how it goes.
