If its one of the Early/mid 60's AFB, I found mine to be a little
tricky on getting the Idle Air and Mixture set right.  You have the
big IDLE air screw, PLUS the two Idle mixture screws.  Is yours setup
with this, or is it a newer AFB style with just the two Idle screws on
it?

Do you use a Vacuum Guage and RPM Guage when adjusting it your
mixture.  Initial setting of 2 1/2 might be too much if AFB.  Might
only need to be 1 1/2 initial.  but thats just initial.  Will need to
dial it in.
