Dual Master Cylinder Conversion 62 Newport

I have searched this site for info for putting a dual master cylinder
on my 62 Newport. I have one bolted on from a 68 drum/drum nonpower.
I'm having trouble figuring out what adapters and what size lines run
to the junction block. I was going to use 1/4 line and find adapters
but the rear line looks to be only 3/16? Is there anyone who has done
this swap and can detail me what I need to save me some time? My car
does have a power booster and looking at the new master cylinder it
seems to have small 3/16ths holes for the fluid to exit. Anyone help
cause I am lost
