the only info I have is from a 1976 Dart MC drum/drum.  M/C Adapter for Front 5 1/6" to 3/16" 
M/C Adapter for Rear 9/16" to 3/16" .  I did not like the adapter idea.  So I took the master cly and the brass junction block down to a local place that makes brake line and had them make me a set.  I think the total for both was around $25.
