If you have 3/8 of an inch above the block, place a nut on it that is a little larger than the bolt  and use a mig welder to weld it on. Usually the heat from welding the nut to the bolt will help release the stuck bolt, too. Then just back it out like normal. Kevin.

Thanks for the advice guys.  The one I have left in the block to get out gives only about 3/8's of an inch length to work with.  Will those  pullers work with only that small amount to grip Herb ?
