I had the pass side front regulator "go bad" in my Coronet last
summer. Pulled the door panel off, slathered on some white lithium
grease and it works like new. It might just need the good cleaning &
re-greasing.

As far as power goes, I saw a car at a show that uses the stock window
crank as the up/down switch for the power window regulator. You would
NEVER know the car had power windows. I think it's a hot rod kit.
