Leak

Hey guys, I have a little leak coming from rear tranmy mount it looks like on my 727. Can I remove it and seal up bolts and reinstall without and problems? Bought some right stuff today to try. Also, I plan to use it to seal up my dipstick, I installed new o ring, but ima take it back out n seal it just to be on safe side. An now finally, I was gonna remove my problem single bolt on corner rear of oil pan, seal and reinstall, can I do that without creating another leak? Thanks guys!!! Removed dust cover btw, but it's super clean and dry. No leaks on driver side, just bottom of deep pan covered in tranny oil, I suspect dipstick, not sure though, nothing else it could be really.
