How would it move?  I would think with that much fuel and the much open air that it would just stall and not run.  Even if it did run, the motor can only intake so much with it's small valves and the piston can only handle so much volume, and the exhaust can only exit just so much.  It like trying to put a 4bbl on a 5.75 hp lawn mower...I don't think it will work.  
 
But I have seen racing /6's around.  Somebody local to me has one, it's a very fast little thing.  I think it has dual 2bbl carbs on it. No turbo that I remember.  But I only saw it once several years ago.
