SV: Engene fire! Denmark

Nope! No insurance...

It does not matter, I was getting really irritated with this engine anyway.
To much HP. And problems with coolant, in oil. It was very difficult making
it perform normal. I think it will be a nice start to put in an easy 200Hp
318 la. I will be taking the electric fuel pump of, do not want this to
happened again. The rest is just adding style to the car, this car has a lot
of new parts. It is running to 30000,- us dollar. Minus the 360 engine of
course. But I prefer it to appear rough and nasty. Never wanted a perfect
car anyway. I would be to scared to drive it. I wanted something that drives
perfect and has dents and scrathes. I will be leaving the burned hood as it
is, it adds style. That’s just me.
This does not mean that I do not respect the car, I just like it with the
scars.

Knud-Erik,

Sorry to hear about your fire and damage. That's tough to take. I know
when I managed to run my 65 Coronet's perfect pass side fender into
the garage door frame, I was absolutely sick! Thought I was going to
throw up right there.

Here's the tough question...was it insured? If is was, you hopefully
should be able to turn to your insurance company for help.
